About Us
a small studio is where identity meets design.
We work with founders, teams, and organizations to uncover the clearest expression of who they are and carry that identity consistently across everything they create. Our work spans identity architecture, visual identity, digital experiences, communication systems, and creative direction.
We often say, “Everything starts small.”
Because starting small means reducing noise until the important thing becomes impossible to miss. We believe extraordinary work comes from clarity, focus, and care. Not excess!
Over the years, we’ve partnered with more than 40 brands worldwide, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. Regardless of scale, our approach stays the same: thoughtful collaboration, honest conversation, and work that feels deeply considered.
What it's like at a small studio
Real Collaboration. We work closely with clients and with each other. You will not disappear into a production pipeline. Conversation is a core part of how we work.
Creative Rituals. We have weekly Connect sessions and daily Office Hours where we share work, exchange ideas, and remain connected as a team.
Remote & Flexible. We are fully remote with flexible working hours outside of client meetings and studio rituals. We trust people to manage their time well.
Room to Grow. We believe good people grow through responsibility, trust, and proximity to meaningful work. There is a clear path for growth within the studio.
Equipment Stipend. We provide an annual equipment stipend to support your workspace and tools.
Actual Rest. We encourage people to use their time off properly, including a yearly two-week studio closure at the end of December.
Contractor Compensation
Hourly expectation: 20-40 hours per week
Compensation: $60-70K annually
We care deeply about thoughtful work, and we believe thoughtful work deserves thoughtful compensation. Rates will be discussed based on experience, level of craft, and the depth of thinking you bring to the role.
This is a contractor position to start, but we are genuinely interested in building long-term relationships with people who feel aligned with how we think, work, and care.
